Provide a photograph of Baby, along with Baby’s Birth information: Date, Time, and Place of Birth.

If you wish to include length, weight, apgar score, etc. feel free to provide that information too.

Baby’s foot-print, from the hospital, or done at home, can be scanned and included digitally on Baby’s Natal Chart Certificate, but this is optional.

Don’t have a copy of Baby’s foot-print, but would like to include one? Add-on to your purchase – a safe ink stamp kit – Baby never comes in contact with the ink!

Place Baby’s unique Astrological Natal Chart Certificate on display on a wall, or in Baby’s Nursery.
