Cigno Astro is proud to announce that founding Astrologer, Deborah-Anne Swanepoel, was officially registered as a Member of the Community of Southern African Professional Astrologers, in January 2024, renewed annually.
COSAPA was officially launched on 24 January 2024, at 12:00 SAST, as a non-profit, non-sectarian. and non-political body.
It was previously known as the Cape Astrology Association (CAA), which was founded in 1989 by Rod Suskin, Petra du Preez and Maggie Mellor in Cape Town, to further and promote Astrology in South Africa.
COSAPA is currently chaired by Chairperson, Karen James, along with elected Committee Members.
COSAPA represents South African Professional Astrologers at Student, Practitioner, Teacher and Specialist Tiers.
As a COSAPA Practitioner, being recognised as a registered member of COSAPA, ensures a high standard of professionalism.
Deborah-Anne Swanepoel, is a registered member of COSAPA, Practitioner Number 276.
